General Sales Terms and Conditions
Shipping and Return Policy
C-speed Racing's goal is to provide a wide selection of brand-name import performance products available 24 hours a day over the Internet. In doing so, we adhere to the following terms and conditions.
C-speed Racing attempts to ship your order within 24-48 hours of being placed, unless product is on back order, limited availability or special order status. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the following business day.
Products can be shipped using standard FedEx/UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees. Please contact us for shipment to APO address. C-speed Racing reserves the right to change the method of shipping suited to the product(s) ordered and the destination of the package(s).
Store pick-up is available. Store Pickup option is available only to Washington State residents. You may select this option during checkout.

Delivery time frame accrording to geographical location:
East Coast - 6 to 7 Days
Midwest - 4 to 5 days
West Coast - 1 to 3 days
International - Please email us for shipping costs and delivery times.
Returns
C-speed Racing's goal is to provide a wide selection of brand-name import performance products at today's wholesale prices available 24 hours a day over the Internet. In doing so, we adhere to the following terms and conditions.
All products sold by C-speed Racing are covered under our 30 day Guarantee Against Defects. Items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to manufacturer and/or C-speed Racing restrictions. All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by C-speed Racing. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA number.
The RMA is valid for 15 days from the date of issuance. Please contact us by phone or email to request an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when requesting a replacement:
- Invoice Number
- Product Description
Please refer to the following instructions when sending your original item back:
All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions, and hardware. Include your packing slip from the original order.
You must write your RMA number on the outside of the package. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return.
All shipping and handling must be prepaid by the customer.
Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:
No cancellations, returns or exchanges are permitted on special order items, custom order items, electrical products, and clearance/closeout items.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the price of the item and all non-product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.
All refused items will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the price of the item.
All turbo kits are special order items and can not be cancelled.
All other cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 6% of the total purchase.
Back Orders
C-speed Racing offers our customers thousands of import performance products. If products in your order are not in stock, they will be placed on back order from the manufacturer for you. Back order items are items in short supply and will be shipped as soon as product becomes available. Please contact us to verify back order status.
